Synopsis:
This short-film is a documentary about my grandparents, Barry and Kathleen Thompson who celebrated their 50th Golden Anniversary in 2010. It is in dedication of their life together and how much they mean to me. It begins with where they were born; from their youth in Werribee as well as how their paths crossed and how they began a relationship that would survive to this day. Fast forwarding to how they are still living their lives together and their impact on my life still.

You will witness their lives (in a digital story format) through a sequence of photos from past events captured over the years. Examples of the photos include time spent together, also with family and friends; their wedding, raising my mum, Debbie and my aunties.

My grandparents have always been a big part of my life, even more so when my mother, Debbie, left my father over 15 years ago, whom I have not seen since. They have played a vital role in my upbringing and this film is just a small way of me showing my appreciation of what they have done for me and continue to do for me.

(The music in this short-film is not of my own and I do not hold any rights to it, although I do hope this does not affect my short-film in anyway.)
